What's the story on this Pakistani spy? I got so depressed about the sewage that's filled our White House that I stopped following the news, just been waiting for Fitzgerald to put these scumbags in their place, prison. The crime is when the name of a CIA operative is leaked to the Press for revenge and political advantage. Just as letting the Prez and Veep know about a British Pakistani asset who was learning secrets from Al Qaida is no crime. The Bush administration nitwits outting him just as the spy was getting close to the guy who later committed the London subway bombings is a crime. So, Scooter and or Rove telling the press is the crime, not Cheney telling Scooter and Scooter telling Rove.
