Looks like Cheney, Rove and Libby are all guilty. Delay is too of course. In fact the whole gang is guilty. If Bush could be indicted he would be too. Impeachment time begins right after Plamegate. Even if it takes another year to clean the rats like DElay out of the barn.

Wasn't he trying to prepare for his 9-11 commission hearing? The documents in question were copies. Removing them didn't remove the document from the archive. It was still wrong. Berger has been to court, and was fined for removing documents. I think he was trying to get prepared to serve his country by testifying under oath to the 9-11 commission and wanted to get it right. He didn't have the luxury of testifying under the guidance of Cheney, in private and not under oath. Orca
