are you actually going to read any of this? I have, lots of it but not 100% of it. Lawrence Wilkerson was talking about checks and balances and the lack of transparency in the way this administration went to war. More specifically, he charge that a cabal between the Vice President and Rumsfeld took us to war. He further advanced that Congress passed legislation to prevent that kind of activity and that there is a process in place as to how such important decisions are to be made. I couldn't get through all the boiler plate to find anything in the links you provided showing the process or how the decision to go to war was made.
