SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- November natural gas climbed as high as $14.15 per million British thermal units in late New York trading, its highest since Oct. 5. "Both natural gas and heating oil are moving up on concerns about cold weather," said James Williams, an economist at WTRG Economics. The natural gas contract was last at $14.12, up $1.116, or 8.6%. November heating oil added 10.27 cents, or 5.7%, to $1.90 a gallon. November crude was also up $1.98, or 3.3%, at $62.30 a barrel.
