Bill, I had Googled Jeffrey L. Minch in my research of LTFD. I was impressed with his background in real estate and that is why I suspected more real estate transactions after the sale of the Columbia shopping center. Usually guys who are "good" at some aspect of business, often revert back to their strengths. I have not done much research on the LTFD properties. My gut feeling is Jeff probably bought right and that the properties are worth more than the value carried on the balance sheet. My gut could be wrong.
