Citrix was only ever just a bunch of scripts. It made Windows do something the designers never figured on. After Microsoft bought it, they started designing in functionality. In 2003 it is much more integrated. Bearclaw was designed for the next stage after TS. It seems to have gotten dropped after Citrix signed a technology exchange contract with Microsoft. It could have been dropped as part of the integrated development redesign effort for Longhorn.
