OST consists of a preferred issue and a capital issue. The entire COS dividend goes to OST. Most of that has been going to pay the preferred dividend. The dividend from COS has been doubled. All the increase goes to the capital shares. The preferred shares have a fixed payment. The capital shares have been getting about a 1.5% dividend. They will now pay out about five times that amount. Is this clear?
