"Don't you think the shareholders need to be kept informed about this very important matter?" You bet I do!! To review the comments made during the CC of 10/25/05 I listened to it again. The last thing Bishop talked about was how the restructuring, with the help of Alix Partners, is now about 50% complete. Nonetheless, he went on, although the restructuring is on target, SGI continues in discussions to evaluate strategy options with potential partners in the market place and consider potential opportunities to enhance the future of SGI. Personally, I still think some of those discussions are with Northrup Grumman...but others are more than likely involved as well.
