Jim Cramer pushing Latin America hard - for a lot of good reasons.

This time the West Coast, Peru mostly, but also Lan Chile airlines, PCU, and a Credit company serving the growing middle class.

He says the emergence of a middle class will mean financials are the best bet in South America.

I'm impressed.
