Bush-Cheney are absolutely huge gas gouging proponents. The facts and stats speak for themselves. The gouging began the week after Cheney was nominated as VP. It continued unabated except for the brief period where Jeffords defection gave the Dems subpoena powers and they thought they might investigate Cheney's energy circle.

I also spoke to a Texas oilman last week in Austin and he freely admitted it.
