suma, i would add nazi sleaze bags. or nazi scum. or nazi assholes. he is probably smiling because he believes his bag of tricks will get him out of this. and he checked his portfolio of payoffs account. it will more than cover his attorney and leave some fine profit for his life in Argentina. or wherever a country will allow despicable assholes to live. maybe iraq. thats it. they will install him as president of iraq. and he can run the sunnis. they will take his head. while he is smiling. almost seems civilized.
