Sorry, but they are no members of the mighty US army, they cannot be that either and neither could I. All of that you already knew so what the f... does it have to do on this board? So generous of you to wage wars around the world when you don't have a direct contribution to make, isn't it...that's what it has to do with it. Too many armchair warriors around here...you among them. Assuming that you are by now a US citizen, it is your good right to engage in pacifist propaganda at any time and convince your fellow Americans that your military - if not entirely dissolved - should by a new law be allowed to engage for defense purposes and within the US borders if attacked there only - and then you and your fellow parties only need to vote accordingly to make that happen. And you think there is something wrong with that general thought process, right? You make the alternative sound so simple...you think we ought to use the military freely for presumed threats, real or imagined as we have in Iraq, or to spread "freedom" as if it was margarine, wether the people on whom it is spread want it or not, or wether other folks in the world want to go along with us or not, or regardless of the interests of other nations who might have some stake in these right wing black and white notions? You think this is a healthy process, right? Good luck back to you...wether you are a US citizen, and particularly if you are not. Al By the way, I am a mechanical engineer by degree and trade...
