Oral sex exploded because of "abstinence only". By stressing virginity, the rightwing opened the floodgates for all teens to feel OK with oral sex. Maybe even anal sex. Anything but intercourse. Also, oral sex is pretty safe so kids figured, why not? What, don't rightwingers like oral sex too? What is with the rightwing's prudishness anyway? You guys love violence but hate sex. Anyway, Clinton had nothing to do with it. In fact most teens today weren't even aware of what CLinton did. They were 8-10 years old when the rightwing dishonestly investigated Clinton's personal life and kept him from spending more time going after Al Qaida.
