I heard brisket and I was looking for the keys to the Gulf Stream and a Flight Plan. ;) I like to marinate it .. Grill it over a Super Hot Grill .. slice it thin .. slap it on a Sub Bun and smother it with grilled peppers and onions. Remember how I complained about KR and their Select Grade Meat ?? I found a good use for it. We bot a Rib Eye Primal (whole boneless rib) and sliced it super thin .. bagged it up portion control style and froze it for Subs ... brisket here costs more than it should so we lean to the sirloin for grilling. Meijer will at times run a 1 day sale for Choice Angus Sirlion @ 1.99 or 2.99 a lb.
