That is such a reasonable and mature approach to illegal drug use. I'm sure half the people in Jail in the USA are there for drugs.

I'm sure even Rush would agree.

An assistant to U.S. drug czar warned Canada that marijuana decriminalization could lead to a trade-inhibiting border crackdown and drug czar John Walters has called Vancouver’s proposed safe-injection sites "state-sponsored personal suicide."

What the hell business does our drug czar have threatening Canada over this? It's bad enough that we have to deal with the moron.
