LOL... (Pardons usually aren't requested by people *unless* they already have been CONVICTED of something... or, as in some of the Reagan administration cases, are pretty damn sure that in the near future that is going to be a problem they will have. :)

Like with the Pakistani heroin smuggler who was caught red-handed coming in to New York with well over a million dollars of Pakistani heroin on him... and was subsequently pardoned by the first President Bush....

Yep, not too many BLAMELESS people go a-hunting pardons.
