LOL... (Pardons usually aren't requested by people unless they already have been CONVICTED of something... or, as in some of the Reagan administration cases, are pretty damn sure that in the near future that is going to be a problem they will have. :) Like with the Pakistani heroin smuggler who was caught red-handed coming in to New York with well over a million dollars of Pakistani heroin on him... and was subsequently pardoned by the first President Bush.... Yep, not too many BLAMELESS people go a-hunting pardons. Still, don't you find Libby's testimony about the Marc Rich case in the House just fascinating, Wayne?
