He has been a director of Titan Pharmceuticals since October 1995.

In other words, from day one. The gentleman has seen good days and bad days since he joined the company. Let's hope this buy is a harbinger of better things to come:

TTP burned my backside nice and well so I would normally just look the other way fast and walk on by. But them be kind of curious. Allen, Bucalo, Farrell, and Huckle.... not a lot of money, but one from each column. You have any wild guess as to what possible company info/event someone may think they are trading on? Of course it can always be an attempt to display confidence.

Other than Bucalo, the others are all in the low $100k for holdings.

I see TTP burned thru all that cash and now has $24m left. And they have a deal with Cornell for more cash for shares. Did all the purchases go off before Sept 29th? But then I wouldn't think Cornell would care all that much about this kind of window dressing.

Interesting find.
