From the way Fitzgerald is going about in the past two weeks, it is certain that he is looking to indict someone for something. So I have no doubt that he will bring an indictment or some indictments to the jury.

But the question I have is whether the jury will agree with his arguments. They have to be unanimous not a simple majority. Those are the rules for this particular vase. Other cases may be different, I am not sure. But for this one all members of the jury have to agree to indict.

Plame was a middle east covert agent on WMD several years ago. How many years and the details are classified. She risked her life for her country just as her husband did. WIlson was the last man out of Baghdad and saved the Human Shield hostages. The GOP is trying to smear the wrong people. They're top-notch patriots. They're also supporters of Bush Sr. and gave money to Bush-Cheney in 2000, the maximum amount of $2000.

Wilson simply knew Cheney was lying about the WMD and made it public. That was a brave patriotic act. WIlson was also an expert on Iraq as he'd been the acting ambassador there. He knew more about Iraq than anyone in the WH in fact.
