Hell, you don't even know what some things mean when you write them and argue...lolol Now you try to pass off a supposed conversation between a republican oil man who would admit to gouging (which is short term) and he would tell you he has been doing it for years. He also admitted he was going to keep gouging until Bush-Cheney were out of power. Oilmen consider two of their own in the WH to be carte blanche permission to gouge.
