Force feed globalization on the poor countries. The market is the best teacher. Forget about aid. Forget about treating those people differently talk to them like you talk to the white men. They will get the point. I have 22 years outside of Brazil. 18 of them in those God forsaken places, trust me, they need Globalization schock. I want to let loose the German shepherd dogs and the riot police against those idiots who are against globalization and the cold law of the market.
