Absolute evidence that human-to-human transmission of H5N1 has not occurred,

is as non-existent as absolute evidence that human-to-human transmission of H5N1 has occurred.

Definitive statements one way or the other are entirely speculative.

However, keep in mind that there is no virus which humans can contract from infected animals,

which humans cannot also contract from infected humans.
