Miers has 'withdrawn' her supreme court nomination

The only trouble is that Bush Jr.'s thinking pattern is based on Homer Simpson. The only answer to a bad nomination is an even worse one!

Miers - problem is neither side really got behind her.
You know Bush is in trouble, when even I find myself kind
of feeling sorry for him sometimes...

I'm wondering with the talk about Cheney, if he could be in trouble also now?

What if Cheney also "resigns" - and Bush could appoint a new Vice President, like Nixon did with Ford.

Maybe try to cement Bush's successor??
Bush/McCain?
Bush/Frist?
