Yes, we do have many good restaurants nearby. Your time will come before you know it. When your children all go off to college and the empty nest syndrome arrives, going out and being around other people really helps with that. You can acquire many new friends along the way also.

I still try to see my children as much as I can, but do understand they all lead busy lives and so I arrange to see them for lunch mostly and not dinner. It gives me a chance to be with them one on one and I find that enjoyable. They like it too and Mom always picks up the tab! We have a some couples that we meet every week for dinner, when our schedules permit it.
