Since the religious right's unusual voting mobilization in 2004 made up much of Bush's margin of victory, you can't blame them for being pissed off. But you can blame them for thinking that Bush was going to deliver on their agenda.

The "electable" conservatives always play the social activist conservatives for patsies. But the activists have nowhere else to turn - they can only take their toys and go home in a huff.

If they do that in 2006, look out....
