That's up to Fitz and the grand jury. A real problem for Bush trying to guess when to run from the White House press corps. Bush has a solid yellow streak up his spine.

I'm disappointed that Miers withdrew her nomination. I was looking forward to the hearings. Bush said he wanted a hearing and an up and down vote. He didn't even have the guts to go through a hearing. He didn't even have the guts to pull the nomination himself; he had to turn to a girl to do it.
