The last hour of trading will let us know if this sector is going to rise or continue to sell off. Since the sell off has been mostly induced by the institutions, we need to see if they are done selling.

My Balance of Power readings are still showing systematic selling with PTEN even when price was rising this week.

Hey, oh Hoppy-One....you mey be right in your firm conclusion that this energy up-trend is over with, but if I were inclined to practice shorting as a strategy, I SURE wouldn't undertake it on this moment's indicators. The real sector fundamentals are going to be strong resistance to any significant long lasting plunge in share prices, IMHO.
