1178 is the trigger for me. I agree, the market should decide
today what it wants to do. The Fed has started monetirizing
again in the past 3 days with coupon passes and huge repos,
so something is
definitely going on which threatens the system. Such
monetarization has always led to rallies in the past.
Nevertheless, if we cross 1178, this time may be different
somehow. In the past, the market ALWAYS reacted to coupon
passes with 100 point DOW rallies. Not today. Not Yesterday.
