A tactical nuke on it after 24 hours warning to abandon the site would be a move the USA must be tempted to make

Our problem is that they have split it up and we can't be sure of getting all of their facilities. We wouldn't go nuke, no need. Our penetrators and accuracy is outstanding.

But if we hit them, and fail, they would feel justified to hit back. And they are close to being able to.
