I received this email to my inquiry, directed to the distribution agent for SOES, of a few weeks ago concerning an update on the distribution of assets to shareholders: "The Order entered by the Court regarding the Plan of Distribution required the filing of a motion with the Court following the completion of the claims process. The motion has been filed. When the Court enters an appropriate order, the funds will be distributed." It seems to me that the Court takes it's sweet time to enter the "appropriate order". I guess waiting 9 years isn't long enough.
