All they gotta do is set up a photo booth where people register to vote... then, if you DON'T HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE they can just snap your picture.

Shouldn't be that many people, so it shouldn't cost the state all that much.

And, I DON'T CARE if you are 'poor' or not, there should be NO CHARGE to vote!
