LOL!!!!!!!!

Yeah, but the STATES don't run the federal Social Security Program, nor the federal Medicare Program --- it's the FEDS who get to benefit from the hundreds of billions in current surpluses in those 'trust' programs... by *diverting* the surpluses into the general fund, thus DISGUISING the TRUE EXTENT of our budget deficits (until the fund's surpluses turn down --- then the deficits will explode).

So, it's the FEDS who benefit from smokers dying off at younger ages then non-smokers --- before they can draw off more then they have paid into these programs in taxes.

The States, on the otherhand, do not get to benefit in this huge pot of money....
