Scalia and Thomas are the two worst justices. Scalia has a conflict of interest, a partisan Republican who went hunting with Cheney and whose son works for the GOP. Thomas was never qualified to begin with. He was the GOP's token black whom they dared the DEms to attack for racial political reasons. Same as they'd do with Condi Rice or Janice Brown if they can manage it. Meanwhile, the GOP shafted black voting rights in Florida and Ohio. 275,000+ not allowed to vote.
