Lizzie, I think San Bruno has been a "Well-known secret" for a while. I haven't considered it because it would make commutes for my wife and me a disaster. It is attractive to me because it's close to the good windsurfing and SF, but, currently, Burlingame would be our northerly limit. BTW, I think that you were out when I saw the article in the SF Chomicle that said, "Lizzie Tudor calls the housing slowdown." In my area, the slowdown has slowed down. It's still looking like it's seasonal, but it is on many people's lips. L2S
