The CIA sued the WH on this. The only reason in the world they had for doing so was that Plame was not only covert, but very important to national defense. Cheney and Rove really blew it. But they were in a no-win situation. They had lied about why we had to rush to war. They should both be put in prison for life. Libby is just Cheney's mouthpiece.
