No I won't try. I told you that I saw the testimony on CSPAN, and the reason that I paraphrased was based on what the general said. What the link does say is that the same general told congress in June that there were three ready battallions. Last month during his testimony he said the number has been reduced to one. That is in the link I posted and I won't be reposting it. If you want the specifics, then google the transcript. You'll see that it's true...the reason is that they fell out of readiness. It's a combination of personnel, training and equipment. You find it. Orca
