OK KT. I'll explain it one more time. Try and get it now. It's very simple.

"Killing" = nothing wrong with that. We kill to eat.

"Murder" is bad and God doesn't like it so neocons don't do that.

No one hs ever been murdered through Republican policies. Oh sure, there has been some collateral damage, some killings, but nothing to get your heavenly reward into a sweat about.

Don't you feel better now?

I am on a free account here - I wish you could see some of the ads posted on these free accounts while I read SI - almost totally naked women that look like sluts - but if you use that word or similar in another context - you might get banned. I am confused why the use of vulgar words is more of an outrage than viewing the picture that personifies the words in an advertisemnt on SI - I think the defenders of MORALITY on SI need to ban any ads on SI that show scantily clad women - my nephew was in here the other night reading about the economy with me and one of these scantily clad women ads that only had pasties over her nipples showed up - his momma called the cops because I was reading SI and one of those ads came up and they thought I was contributing to the downfall of a minor - if the state comes after me - I am attaching silicon investor to the lawsuit and calling that guy Powell in the FCC who is gonna fix SI from showing that kind of content to children.

I read stories everyday about 18 and 19 year olds getting sex crime records for 14 and 15 year old sex or marriage - their pictures are posted on the Local government channel and the paper - effectively destroying thier lives - but the convicted murderer living next door to me that hatcheted a family 20 years ago - I am clueless too. Dr. Drew wants to raise the legal age to 21 - scientific studies I have read said a womans genes that are passed on after 30-35 or so are not so good - so those babies born later in life have ADD and other problems.

Watch Cspan Tonight - we gonna fix these population problems- need to stop having our own babies so the immigrants can come in and have a chance at the good life.

Judicial Proceeding
Planned Parenthood v. Gonzales
U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit
San Francisco, California (United States)
ID: 189456 - 10/20/2005 - 0:58 - $29.95

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reviewed a lower court decision that struck down a federal law banning partial-birth abortions. The Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003, signed into law by President Bush, prohibits abortions as early as 12 weeks with no exception for the health of the mother. A San Francisco District Court ruled in favor of Planned Parenthood calling the ban unconstitutional.

~ The Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 has also been reviewed by the Second and Eighth Circuit Appeals Courts. The Eighth Circuit agreed with a Nebraska District Court that the ban was unconstitutional. That case is being appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
