President Bush can pardon Libby. Clinton certainly set a record on pardons. The investigation into abuse of executive power as illuminated by Henry Cisneros ran until a year ago. PArtisans are still trying to bottle up that report. Since it is clear that Libby's crime is the same kind as what CLinton finally got caught for, run him through the ringers and circle the waggons to prevent his ouster. <g> Actually, he must go, Republicans have honor unlike the members of Clinton's party.
