Z, Yes, but just like with Clinton, if Libby (or Rove) lied in the context of something that wasn't actually a crime The latest "nuance" ... perjury is OK if you're trying to cover-up something that isn't against the law. Either way, the fact that Libby wasn't actually indicted for the leak itself probably means that there won't be anything else, much to the disappointment of those who want to see Rove, Cheney, and Bush indicted, convicted, and locked up.
