Sandy Burglar Expresses Outrage at Republican "Ethics"
NY TIMES 10-28-2005

LONG ISLAND, NY--Leaving a local thrift shop with a basket overflowing with inexpensive additions to his extensive underwear collection, former Clinton administration NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR and spokeman for the the US Underwear Manufacturer's Association Sandy Burglar expressed disdain for the "ethics" of Republicans.

"Those Republicans are not ethical." Burglar said as he opened the trunk of his car.

"I've visited all the thrift shops in the area, and I am building up a very impressive collection, if I do say so myself," said the former NAIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR as he lifted the trunk, revealing hundreds of pairs of underwear already piled in neat rows between the spare tire and a well used paper shredder.

Reaching down inside his belt to pull 5 additional pairs of faded underpants secreted in his underwear, Burglar said,"When it comes to underwear, I am known as the "go to" man in the Clinton administration."
