Its only a matter of time.

The indictment apparently doesn't involve Rove.

If Rove is indicted, then that's a different thing. The prosecutor has made it clear that people should not read anything into the indictment beyond what he has specifically alleged, and that would seem to be the reasonable thing for an intelligent person to do.
