So lets see: obstruction or I can't make anything of substance stick so I'll try this. Then I will confiscate his notes and question him about conversations that took place over 2 years ago and when his memory doesn't agree with his notes that I won't let him look at I will charge him with perjury. I most likely am going to get laughed out of court but it's the best I can do. Now for my next dance I'm going to take a page from the Ronny Earle play book and seat a new grand jury and see if I can indict Rove on something. And I will keep seating new grand juries until I do by george. Oh and after 2 years I'm still not sure if Plame was outed or not or if she was undercover or not or whether she was actually outed by her loud mouthed camera hound wanna be spy her husband. So we will just leave all that alone.
