He secured a conviction against Loral Corporation for their ('inadvertent', according to them...) illegal exposure of classified US technologies to the Chinese. At the time, it was one of the largest corporate fines in American history, and several top Loral officials pled guilty to felonies. (Get your history right, Parrot....)
