Interesting. That lines up pretty well with a Dow target of 11.3-11.5 that popped out of the pattern-matcher last month. It's based on (background volty * expected streak length), and the reason it popped out was because such a streak had become overdue (by historical standards.)

Not something readily chartable, though. :)
