Libby is the #2 man to the Vice President. Don't you think, knowing she worked at the CIA, that he should have asked them if harm would be done by revealing her identity? Of course I do. His failure to do that and act accordingly is why he's probably going to jail. Fitz also made the point that even though he's not indicting on leaking, justice is being served because the perpetrator of a significant error of judgement (or whatever you want to call it) is going to suffer the consequences. Don't get me wrong - I'm no fan of the Bush administration. I just support the idea of removing unelected, authoritarian dictators who are hated by the majority of the population they tyrannize. That has nothing to do with being in favor of or against the GB administration. I think he has done the right thing in Iraq (remove Saddam) for the wrong reasons (alleged WMDs).
