In the circumstances, one wonders if the fragments belonged to someone from the WTC who was blown on to the roof by the explosion or someone who was sitting/standing on the roof to watch the events? Or maybe, they bone fragments had nothing to do with 911? Maybe they belonged to one or more of the clients of the bank who was/were disposed of for whatever reason?
