McKinney isn't currently anything in the Dem party. She was a target of the George rightwing who wants to limit blacks voting rights in their state by requiring a $30 ID card to vote. It's Jim Crow racism time all over again. The Confederacy II. After those bastards smeared war hero Max Cleland as a traitor and that fat cat sleazebag Saxby Chambliss got into power. What a corrupt bag of sludge he is. Georgia has been stolen by the corporate and religious right using szmears and dirty tricks, led by Ralph Reed who ought to be in prison, Zell Miller who totally lied to the nation about Kerry and the ghosts of Lee Atwater and racist segregationists.
