Hey Slapstick-Look at this. LOL Today the Dow Jones industrial average jumped 172.82 points, or 1.69%, to 10,402.77.

When Bush took office 20 Jan 2001, the DOW was 10,587.59.

Nearly five years and the DOW has a negative return. Not bad. Let's cross our fingers that the DOW can get above 10,587.59 before the five years finishes.
