Not sure what you have been smoking, but it must have included some halucinogenics. Palestinians are anything but multi-ethnic or multi-religious, and they certainly don't practice equal rights. They don't believe in sharing any land with Jews or Christians for that matter and the men treat their women no better than cattle.

Prior to the formation of Israel, the Jews, Christians and Arabs living in the area were Palestinians. The lands of present day Israel and Palestine were just Palestine (there was no Israel), and it was definitely a multi-ethnic, multi-religious region. Where in the world do you think all the Jews that eventually made up Israel were living in the 1930s?? Where do you think the mainly Christian Arab Israelis came from? That region was called Palestine, and it a multi-ethnic, multi-religious area. It has nothing to do with hallucinogens, which are highly illegal where I live!

I'd rather live in an embattled, but free and equal, Jewish state, rather than a Palestine ruled by mobs of angry young men who'd kill their sister for touching a boy or kill innocent civilians just so they can join the ranks of infamous suicide terrorists.

No kidding, given those two options I'd choose Jewish Israel as well.

However, it would be better if all the people of the Palestine-Israel region were treated equal under the law, one man, one vote, with religion kept out of state affairs as much as possible, don't you think? That's the American ideal, and it works pretty well when many ethinicities and religions are involved. Unfortunately, that also calls for the removal of the "Jewish" state of Israel, and its replacement with a country which treats all people and religions with equality.

Actually, the WB is 75% Muslim, 17% Jewish, and 8% Christian. The Christians and Muslims have lived in relative peace for hundreds of years.
