When the name was changed from Wicklund to Plasticon in Aug 2004 the following was reported to the SEC.

On or before July 27, 2004, the Majority Shareholders submitted their
written consent to approve and adopt the Board of Directors' resolution
described in this Information Statement. As of July 27, 2004, the Majority
Shareholders will hold, of record, 938,032,062 shares of Wicklund's common
stock, par value $0.001 per share, or approximately 65.2% of the 1,329,283,171
issued and outstanding common stock of Wicklund.

How many shares have been sold since then is your guess. Maybe if we ever see an AUDIT it could answer these questions.

I don't read the RB board. Has anyone here been in touch with the TA? Seems like we should have real numbers and they are probably pretty close to the pinksheets.com numbers posted above.

Perhaps the RB bashers were talking about their projections after the acquisitions are closed??? Does anyone have an idea as to how this plays out?

This may very well explain the weakness in the stock. But that's just a guess.
