Yeah, indeed history has seasonality favouring the bulls from here. Just as it favoured the bears in Sept-October, which really wasn't all that bad a month. Sentiment remains on the bull's side IMO as well. The only things that was missing were constructively bullish chart patterns which seem to now be falling in place. What's your count on the BKX? My favoured bull count is that the action since the March 2004 orthodox high was a perfect Elliott triangle and is now in the early stages of breaking up. I have gone from cautiously bullish to very bullish as we head into late fall.
